Who inspired you to be a priest?
Fr. Matthew Barnum in his love of the Church, along with Fr. Schumaker through his dedication to his parish community.

Why do you want to be a priest?

Simply put, I felt the call and I love God. Moreover, as a man, I have a desire to give my life to the service of something much larger than myself and I can’t think of anything I’d rather offer than that to Christ’s bride the Church.

What do you love th
e most about seminary?

Seminary has given me the chance to discover a lot more about myself that I wouldn’t have otherwise known. It’s been an opportunity to discover my identity as a beloved son and encounter some incredible people and experiences.

What are you
most grateful for?

As a baptized Christian, the opportunity to participate in Christ’s same mission two thousand years later.
